The Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) has appointed sustainability specialist Nicole Sullivan to the role of Senior Manager – Technical Solutions.
Ms Sullivan steps into the role after more than two decades working with BlueScope Steel, including four years with responsibility for sustainability.
“Nicole has been responsible for executing BlueScope’s sustainability strategy, working through the company’s efforts to embed lifecycle assessment into its operations, and supporting customers as they seek Green Star ratings,” says the GBCA’s Executive Director of Market Transformation, Jorge Chapa.
Ms Sullivan will be responsible for assisting in the management and ongoing operations of Green Star. She will also assist GBCA in exploring new areas of concern in the fields of product transparency and responsibility.
